When Shopify and Sage Intacct aren’t connected, teams waste hours manually re-entering data, reconciling orders, and fixing inventory mismatches. That slows down fulfillment, causes accounting delays, and creates room for errors.
1. Go to Company → Admin → Subscriptions
2. Scroll down and make sure Web Services is enabled
3. If not, contact Sage Intacct to turn it on
1. Navigate to Company → Users
2. Click the ➕ icon to create a new user
3. Set the User ID and email (e.g., mindcloud_user@yourcompany.com)
4. Save
1. Go to Company → Admin → Web Service Users
2. Click ➕ to create a new one
3. Use the same User ID and email as above
4. Assign the Contact Name you used earlier
5. Set User Type to Business
6. Assign Limited Admin privileges (or custom role access)
If you're using Role-Based Management, assign an existing role or create a new one.
If using User-Based Management, define access in the Subscriptions section.
If you don’t have your Sender ID, contact Sage Intacct support.
1. Navigate to Company → Setup → Company
2. Click Edit, then scroll to the Web Service Authorizations section
3. Click Add, enter MindCloud’s Sender ID (provided upon signup), and save
In your MindCloud account:
1. Go to Integration Settings
2. Input:
a. Label: (your custom name)
b. Company ID (your Sage Intacct login ID)
c. User ID & Password (from Step 3)
d. Sender ID & Password (from Step 5)
3. Click Done
In MindCloud:
1. Select a test action (like List Contacts)
2. Run it — and if successful, your systems are now connected 🎉
