Returns Ids of product collections, products, and product families that have been modified since passed DateTime.

string <date-time> Example: DateTime=2021-05-18T04:00:00Z Return Ids of products, product families, and collections that have changed since this dateTime in UTC. To retrieve Ids of all products, product families, and collections that are "Available On Web" do not pass a value for this parameter.
