CIRRA FOR NETSUITE • ENTERPRISE ANALYTICS
The NetSuite report you keep waiting for.
Built around your business.
Bring the report your team still builds by hand. Connect NetSuite and relevant business data, explore the details with Cirra Chat, and run configured workflows for the next step.
Built for finance and operations teams connecting reporting across systems. Start with one report and scope your team’s rollout with us.
Start with a collections question. Build a repeatable review.
Start with a Weekly Collections Review: open receivables, overdue balances and the customers your team should investigate first. Agree an as-of date and separate total open receivables from amounts past due. Try asking: “Build a NetSuite dashboard showing overdue invoices by customer.”
Inspect invoice number, due date, days past due and remaining balance, with subsidiary context where available. Calculate days past due from the due date, rather than confusing it with invoice age. Check payment applications and available credits before treating an open balance as a reason to contact a customer.
Where a connected CRM provides ownership or relationship information, bring it into the review using a reliable customer match. Flag unmatched records for investigation. Follow up: “Add the account owner from our CRM.” Exact sources, records and fields are confirmed during scoping.
Use Analytics to surface the accounts to review. Explore an exception with Cirra Chat and prepare an internal review summary. Configure a Workflow to route the agreed follow-up through supported systems, with the permissions and approvals your team requires. Customer messages and financial changes are separate authorized actions.
Yes. A collections review is one starting point. Bring the spreadsheet, saved search or recurring management report your team relies on. We will identify source coverage, definitions and gaps, then agree what the first phase must prove before a wider rollout.
What your team will know before moving ahead.
Cirra works with supported data from your existing systems. We begin with a reporting question and follow-up process worth improving. Whether you retain, supplement or replace an analytics setup depends on the scope you validate. Cirra is a MindCloud product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Oracle NetSuite.
We scope Cirra Analytics, Chat and Workflows together: the reports your team needs, the questions people need to investigate and the processes that follow. Your proposal defines builder and viewer roles, Chat and Workflow capabilities, connected systems, usage, implementation, training and support. An Analytics viewer does not automatically receive every builder capability.
We agree the reporting period, business definitions and source records, then compare totals and sample details with a report your team already trusts. Missing inputs and unmatched records stay visible. AI helps build and refine the view; financial acceptance still depends on checked data and correct business logic.
We review each audience and its access requirements before rollout, including branch and subsidiary boundaries. A page filter is not an access restriction. We confirm the supported sharing and permission design against your requirements before expanding access.
Freshness depends on the source and configured refresh schedule. We agree the reporting date and refresh context your team needs. Analytics reads source data. Separate Chat and Workflow actions require their own configuration, source permissions and agreed approval steps; a reporting connection does not authorize financial postings or customer outreach.
Pricing depends on your team, connected systems and the reporting and automation you need. We’ll start with your business priorities, then provide a clear proposal covering Cirra Analytics, Chat, Workflows and implementation before you commit.
Start with a 30-minute scope conversation about the question, systems and people involved. For a qualified project, agree the source access, report logic, acceptance checks and one useful follow-up process. Review the result with its users, then plan implementation, training and wider adoption. Delivery timing follows discovery; a complex production report is not promised in one meeting.
Bring the recurring question, the systems involved and an example of the report you use today. Include a business owner and someone who can discuss source access. No production-data upload is required for the first conversation. If you need a business case before securing budget, tell us.
