Introducing the MindCloud API V2

Today we're introducing the MindCloud API and its new V2 surface, with 23 endpoints for reading workflows, runs and results, connections, users, roles, environments, and usage, plus creating and revoking API keys.

The docs include runnable examples, an authentication guide, and guidance for pagination, filtering, sorting, and field selection.

All V1 endpoints remain supported for existing integrations, but V1 is frozen and deprecated for new development. New integrations should use V2.
