CIRRA FOR SAGE INTACCT • ENTERPRISE ANALYTICS
Your budget is in Excel.
Your actuals are in Intacct.
Bring them together.
Give finance and department leaders a shared budget review. Compare actuals with plan, inspect the records behind a variance, then connect the follow-up work with Cirra Chat and Workflows.
Start with one report, then plan the right setup for your finance team and department leaders.
A monthly budget review. Built around the decisions.
Build a Monthly Budget Review around the period, budget version and dimensions your team uses. Compare actual expenses and budget in dollars and percentage, with clear labels for over and under budget. Try asking: “Build a Sage Intacct dashboard comparing departmental spending against budget.”
Bring the budget file or supported connected budget source into scope. Agree how its accounts, departments, entities and periods match Intacct actuals. Flag missing budgets and unmatched dimensions instead of silently treating them as zero. Confirm currency, accounting basis and the version being compared.
Break the variance into comparable expense accounts and inspect the available underlying transactions. Add vendor or project context where the source supports it. Follow up: “Focus on the largest exception and show me the records behind it.” A variance identifies something to investigate; it does not establish the cause by itself.
Explore the result with Cirra Chat and prepare questions for the budget owner. Configure a Workflow to route an internal review or other agreed follow-up across supported systems. Keep the responsible person and approval steps explicit. Budget changes and accounting entries require separately authorized actions.
Save a focused report for the people who use it. Agree its audience, refresh schedule, reporting cutoff and any recurring delivery. Start with one department or entity, reconcile it with accepted figures, then plan the broader rollout and training.
What your team will know before moving ahead.
No. The assessment can include Intacct actuals and a spreadsheet budget or another supported source. We confirm the available records and a reliable mapping before promising a combined report. Cirra is an independent MindCloud product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Sage.
We scope Cirra Analytics, Chat and Workflows together: the reports your team needs, the questions people need to investigate and the processes that follow. Your proposal defines builder and viewer roles, Chat and Workflow capabilities, connected systems, usage, implementation, training and support. An Analytics viewer does not automatically receive every builder capability.
We agree the reporting period, business definitions and source records, then compare totals and sample details with a report your team already trusts. Missing inputs and unmatched records stay visible. AI helps build and refine the view; financial acceptance still depends on checked data and correct business logic.
We review each audience and its access requirements before rollout, including branch and subsidiary boundaries. A page filter is not an access restriction. We confirm the supported sharing and permission design against your requirements before expanding access.
Freshness depends on the source and configured refresh schedule. We agree the reporting date and refresh context your team needs. Analytics reads source data. Separate Chat and Workflow actions require their own configuration, source permissions and agreed approval steps; a reporting connection does not authorize financial postings or customer outreach.
Pricing depends on your team, connected systems and the reporting and automation you need. We’ll start with your business priorities, then provide a clear proposal covering Cirra Analytics, Chat, Workflows and implementation before you commit.
Start with a 30-minute scope conversation about the question, systems and people involved. For a qualified project, agree the source access, report logic, acceptance checks and one useful follow-up process. Review the result with its users, then plan implementation, training and wider adoption. Delivery timing follows discovery; a complex production report is not promised in one meeting.
Bring the recurring question, the systems involved and an example of the report you use today. Include a business owner and someone who can discuss source access. No production-data upload is required for the first conversation. If you need a business case before securing budget, tell us.
