MindCloud Embedded MCP: Connect AI Agents to Your Customers' Apps
MindCloud Embedded MCP lets AI agents work with each customer's connected business apps through dedicated connections, helping SaaS products automate tasks across calendars, CRMs and accounting systems.

One agent. Every customer's apps.
Your AI agent can answer questions. Now it can do the work, inside each customer's own calendar, CRM and accounting apps.
Connecting one user's apps is a project. Connecting every customer's apps, each with their own accounts and permissions, without ever mixing them up, is the hard part.
MindCloud Embedded MCP, now in beta, handles that part. Your server-side agent gets a dedicated connection for each end user, scoped to the apps that user has connected.
What Is Embedded MCP?
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a standard that lets AI applications work with outside tools and data through a common interface.
A universal MCP connects one agent to many apps. Embedded MCP connects your agent to many customers' apps, one customer at a time.
Each end user gets a dedicated MCP URL, and MindCloud provides the tools the agent uses to find and run actions in that user's apps.
How it works in practice
A customer using your product asks, "Which of my invoices are overdue?"
Your server identifies the signed-in customer and connects to that customer's MCP URL.
The agent searches MindCloud's app catalog for an invoice action in the accounting app that customer connected.
It checks the inputs the action needs, runs it, and filters the stored result down to overdue invoices.
If the app isn't connected, or the connection needs repair, the agent sends the customer a link to fix it.
No tool list to maintain.
Your team doesn't define every app-specific tool in advance. The agent searches MindCloud's published app catalog, finds the actions it needs and checks their inputs as the task unfolds.
One MCP interface reaches a broad range of business apps, with no separate integration to build for each one.
One URL per customer. No crossed wires.
Each end user gets a dedicated MCP URL, and MindCloud scopes every request to that user's connections.
Your server picks the right URL from the signed-in session. The MindCloud API key stays on your server, and access levels decide which tools the agent can use.
Missing app? The agent can fix that.
An agent can't finish a task in an app that isn't connected. Embedded MCP lets it check the customer's connections and recognize connection errors.
With Full Access, it can generate a link for the customer to connect or repair the account. Your team doesn't build the connection flow.
Built for real tasks, not single calls.
Batch up to 20 actions in one request. Independent actions run in parallel, so plan for some to finish even if another fails.
Query large results (filter, sort or aggregate) without rerunning the action.
Pass an idempotency key on actions that change data, so a retry doesn't repeat the change.

The documentation covers setup, each tool's inputs with example outputs, and an example app with chat, live tools and setup steps you can run locally.
