Create Workflow Tag
Add a tag to the company's catalog. Tag workflows with Update Workflow's tags.

The tag's name, at most 24 characters. Unique in the company, ignoring case.

A palette color name.
green, purple, pink, orange, yellow, blue, red or gray. Defaults to gray.
