Enable MindCloud Embedded

Enable MindCloud Embedded for your organization and choose your embedded app when you use workflows.

Enable MindCloud Embedded for your organization before you create end users or integrations. An organization editor must make this change.

  1. Open Organization Settings.

  2. In Features, turn on Enabled MindCloud Embedded.

  3. If you build workflow integrations that call your own app, select that app under Embedded App.

Once enabled, open Embedded in the dashboard. From there, you can set up customer connections, workflow integrations, and AI agent tools.

Next, create an API key for server requests. Keep the key out of browser code.
