Share and reconnect an integration
Use hosted links to install or reconnect an Embedded integration without an SDK page.
A hosted integration link lets a customer install an integration without an SDK page in your product. You can also make a reconnect link for an existing installation.
Share a new installation
Open the integration in the MindCloud Embedded dashboard.
Select Share and enter the customer's email address.
Choose an expiry of one hour, one day, one week, or one month.
Select Generate Link, copy the URL, and send it to that customer.
A new share link creates a new installation for its end user. If the customer already has an installation, use Reconnect link from that installation's menu instead. A reconnect link retains the installation ID, which can matter to workflows and webhooks.
Treat either URL as a secret. Its expiry controls when the link can be opened. Do not assume the link becomes unusable after one visit; a link can be opened again until it expires. The session created when a customer opens it can also outlive the link.
Embedded MCP has a separate get-connect-url tool. It returns a single-use link with a shorter expiry. Use that tool for an agent-led connection flow.
