Automation Did Not Run

Use these checks when a Cirra schedule or trigger did not run as expected.

Check the automation status

Confirm the automation is turned on and has not been paused or deleted.

Check the timing or event

For schedules, confirm the time and time zone. For triggers, confirm the event actually happened in the connected app.

Check app access

Reconnect any app the automation depends on, then wait for the next scheduled time or trigger event.
