Test a Connection

Test a connection when you want to confirm Cirra can still use an app.

Steps

1. Open the connected app in Cirra.

2. Choose the test option if one is available.

3. Review the result.

4. Reconnect the app if the test fails.

How to check it worked

The connection worked when Cirra can access the app without asking you to sign in again.
