Support multiple installations per app

One end user can install the same integration more than once. Each installation has its own ID, connections, settings, and workflow state. This supports customers who manage several accounts of the same app.

Keep Add another available for the integration. Call mindCloud.install({ integrationId }) to create a new installation. To manage an existing one, call mindCloud.modify({ installationId }) with that row's ID.

Do not replace an existing installation when a customer needs to reconnect its account. Reuse its ID through modify() or a reconnect link. Webhooks and other stored references can depend on that ID.

Use the returned installation state after authentication. A created installation is not necessarily connected until its required app credentials are valid.
