Use multiple apps in an integration
Add several customer app connections to one Embedded workflow integration.
A workflow integration can ask an end user to connect several apps. For example, one workflow can read an order from Shopify and write it to NetSuite.
Open the integration under Embedded → Workflows.
Open its Settings and find Apps.
Select Add App for each app the workflow needs.
Connect each app in a test installation before you publish the workflow.
You can add the same app more than once when the workflow needs separate accounts, such as a production and a sandbox account. Give each connection a clear purpose in your integration setup. When a workflow has several matching connections, select the intended integration app for each step instead of relying on an automatic choice.
This app list belongs to workflow integrations. A connect-only Embedded API integration uses the app chosen when you create it.
