Connect Shopify with NetSuite, QuickBooks, and your shipping, fulfillment, and marketplace systems. Our in-house team scopes, builds, monitors, and supports the workflows that keep orders, inventory, and accounting in sync.
The true hidden cost of enterprise workflows is not asking the right questions. We know what to ask to ensure no edge case is missed.
We list every workflow you run today, the systems on each end, and the volume each one carries. That list is what we scope against, so nothing is priced from a guess.
You get a written blueprint for each workflow: the trigger, the field mapping, the error handling, and every edge case we surfaced while asking.
We work with you to get access to every system the integration touches.
Nothing moves into development until the blueprint is approved. Your sign-off establishes the agreed-upon scope and serves as the standard we use to confirm the final build meets the requirements.
Our dedicated integrations engineers build out your workflow on Gravity, our next-generation integrations platform.
One of our integration engineers builds the workflow on Gravity and owns it end to end. You always know who is building it and who to ask about it.
We run your real data through the workflow, then push every edge case from the blueprint at it until it handles all of them without a person in the loop.
You test the workflow against your own process with our engineer on hand. Anything you flag gets fixed before the workflow moves any further.
You confirm in writing that the workflow does what the blueprint said it would. We do not put a workflow into production on an assumption.
We turn the workflow on and watch the first runs with you. The first day in production is the day our team pays the closest attention to it.
Now your workflow is live. This is just the beginning. We monitor it, and keep your connections up to date and error free.
We monitor workflows for errors and help address issues when they arise.
Credentials expire and vendors change their APIs without much notice. We work with you to keep every connection current, so a workflow never goes quiet.
Your team meets ours on a regular call. You tell us what changed in the business, and we change the workflows to match before it becomes a problem.
We review run times and volumes as you grow, then tune the workflows so they keep up.
Your plan includes dedicated time with a support team that understands your workflows.
Explore what we’ve built
MindCloud has designed and actively monitors over 2,300 production grade workflows across 240+ applications. Explore examples of what we have built.
The numbers speak for themselves.
Behind each update is a real production workflow, moving data between business systems and keeping operations running every minute.
What to expect when MindCloud builds and runs your Shopify integrations.
Our demonstrated Shopify work includes NetSuite and QuickBooks accounting, warehouse systems such as Datex, inventory platforms such as Erply, and SQL-backed business systems. We also support scoping connections to shipping, fulfillment, and marketplace tools such as ShipStation, ShipBob, Amazon, and eBay. We confirm each application, connection method, and workflow before committing to the scope.
Examples from our integration work include creating NetSuite sales orders from Shopify orders, updating Shopify inventory from NetSuite stock quantities, and sending fulfillment and tracking information back to Shopify. Refunds and other financial records are mapped to your accounting requirements. Lionel Trains is one example of our Shopify–NetSuite work.
Yes. Our Shopify examples include creating QuickBooks invoices and sales receipts from orders. Atomic Coffee Roasters uses our Shopify–QuickBooks integration for invoice and order sync and accounting reconciliation. We scope how sales, refunds, and other records should be represented in your accounting setup.
We agree which system owns each data type before building. For example, inventory can flow from your ERP or warehouse into Shopify, Shopify orders can flow into the system that processes them, and shipment tracking can return to Shopify. We define mappings, update timing, error handling, and testing around your actual process.
We scope custom fields, metafields, product mappings, and business rules around your Shopify setup. For B2B requirements, we review company and location records, catalog pricing, and the capabilities available on your Shopify plan before confirming the approach.
A native app may be enough for a standard connection. MindCloud is a fit when you need custom mappings, several systems working together, complex inventory or order rules, or a team responsible for monitoring and support. We review what you already use before recommending whether to improve it or replace it.
We start by mapping your workflows and requirements, then confirm scope, pricing, implementation timing, and testing before development. Full-Service is an annual subscription combining our platform with in-house delivery and ongoing support. The included services and technical SLA are confirmed in your agreement.
Bring the names of your ERP, accounting, warehouse, shipping, and marketplace systems, plus a few examples of the manual work or errors you want to remove. It helps to know your order volume, inventory locations, and which system should own each record. We will use that to recommend an approach and outline next steps.
